The Ministry of Economy (ME) announced the end of SISCOSERV (Integrated System of Foreign Trade in Services, Intangibles, and Other Operations that Produce Variations in Equity) as of 2021. The shutdown will occur after the end of the service suspension, scheduled for December 31, 2020.
The objective is to assist in the process of reducing bureaucracy, facilitating and improving the business environment by the federal government.
In relation to service imports and exports, the end of Siscoserv will bring tax benefits, such as withholdings and taxes levied on foreign exchange transactions.
